Archon Motors successfully conducted its first public product introduction through live road trials in Bhubaneswar, inviting auto-rickshaw drivers and commuters to experience the prototype and provide real-world feedback before commercial launch.
Every successful automotive product begins with real-world validation. As part of its product development journey, Archon Motors conducted its first public road trials of its next-generation electric three-wheeler in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
To preserve the final production design while evaluating vehicle performance, the prototype was wrapped in a camouflage livery, a common practice adopted by global automotive manufacturers during the development phase. The trials marked the company's first opportunity to introduce its vehicle to the public outside controlled engineering and testing environments.
The road trials focused on gathering first-hand insights from auto-rickshaw drivers, fleet operators, passengers, and the general public. Participants were invited to inspect the vehicle, experience demonstration rides, and share valuable feedback on design, comfort, accessibility, visibility, space utilization, and overall driving experience.
In addition to customer interactions, the vehicle was evaluated under real traffic conditions to assess ride quality, handling, maneuverability, braking performance, suspension behaviour, and operational efficiency. These field observations complemented the company's engineering validation process and helped identify opportunities for further product refinement.
The public response generated encouraging engagement, with numerous discussions around the vehicle's modern design, spacious cabin, and electric mobility proposition. The insights collected during these trials became an important input for the final development and production readiness of the Archon Motors platform.
This milestone represented more than a prototype demonstration—it marked Archon Motors' transition from product development to customer validation, reinforcing the company's commitment to building electric mobility solutions shaped by real user feedback.
